Nobel laureate Professor Vernon Smith’s inspiring lecture

Brac University’s Department of Economics and Social Sciences (ESS) organised a series of public lectures where the renowned Nobel Laureate in Economics, Professor Vernon Smith, delivered his lecture virtually. The honourable Vice-Chancellor Vincent Chang, departmental chairperson, Professor Farzana Munshi, Professor Sazzad Hossain, Registrar David Dowland, and others attended the lecture. In this webinar, Professor Vernon Smith shared his knowledge on “Property and Dynamics of Market Price Discovery in Classical Economics” on March 24th with BracU’s students and guests. The event ended with a question-and-answer session and some inspiring words from Professor Smith.
