Kota Factory S03: TVF strikes again!
Kota Factory is a heartwarming series by TVF (The Viral Fever), which has gathered much popularity over a short span of time because of its likeability with the admission aspiring youth. This series is beautifully designed to take people back to their undergraduate admission struggles as it is a very important part of a student’s life, especially in South Asian countries like ours. If you have been following the first two instalments, the third one is a must watch for you on Netflix. With their magical writer – director due, TVF has yet again managed to create a season which takes you through the ups and downs of the lives of not only the students but also their favourite Jeetu bhaiyya. The bittersweet ending was a good blend of fiction and reality that ended up giving us different arcs and journeys for each character.
In this season, viewers got a glimpse of a raw and unhinged version of Jitendra Kumar aka Jeetu bhaiyya (Jitendra Kumar). As the previous season ended depicting how often all the students might not be able to deal with disappointments alike, Jeetu bhaiyya is seen developing his own character while having a hard time coping up with the death of one of his students. We got to see him getting engulfed by guilt following this instance leading to the importance of seeking help when you are mentally unwell. The dilemma of him choosing between being Jeetu sir or Jeetu bhaiyya to his students was one of the main attractions of this season.
The student characters of the series, Vaibhav Pandey (Mayur More), Balmukund Meena (Ranjan Raj), Shivangi Ranawat (Ahsaas Channa), Uday Gupta (Alam Khan) & Vartika Ratawal ( Revathi Pillai) have been given different yet apt closures from the similar journey. The series managed to progress to an anticipated ending while keeping some heart touching unexpected moments which showed us how uncertain the outcome of this journey can be. It manages to beautifully portray the feelings of ours when all our efforts, sacrifices, perseverance finally brings glory to us and the regret & guilt of failure assuming every effort as useless & worthless.
